Returns & Cancellations

Intimation of return must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. We are unable to accept returns in certain instances:

• 1. Damages due to misuse of product or part - Incidental damage due to mishandling of product.
• 2. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• 3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• 4. Damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• 5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled in case a delivery has already been made.
