An air filter primarily filters the air entering the engine from outside. This air needs to be rich in oxygen to help the combustion in the engine’s cylinders. All products sold on CarPowerGrid are covered by international warranty based on the duration offered by the manufacturer. Some Sparco products come with FIA/SNELL/SFI certification based on the number of years and all K&N products come with a Million-Mile products.

Intimation of Return on our toll free number must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. We are unable to accept returns in certain instances:

1. Damages due to misuse of product or part - Incidental damage due to mishandling of product
2. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
4. Damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled in case a delivery has already been made or started.

All products sold on CarPowerGrid are Do-It-Yourself products (DIY) and can be installed at home. All products are shipped with an instruction kit on how to install, however, if you would like a mechanic to fit the same, do let us know via phone, email or chat and we will connect the nearest mechanic to you.

Most products from Sparco & Koni are imported to India after placing an order and are not readily available. These orders are placed with Sparco USA and Koni Netherlands after receiving an advance and then processed. These deliveries usually take 9 days to deliver.
